Terms and Conditions: As the parent/guardian of the registered child, I give my permission for them to participate in Beverly's Terrace Plaza Playhouse Youth Summer Camp. I understand that I am responsible for paying the $200 registration fee at the first class and that failure to do so will result in my child being removed from the program. I commit to having my child attend all classes and performances as outlined.
